Whether you have one AED or multiple AEDs, keeping up with their maintenance can be overwhelming.  Often with the time constraints of your day, remembering to maintain your AEDs may be pushed down on your To Do List.  Let TEAM LIFE take the worry out of managing your AED program.  TEAM LIFE is now offering several service contract options that are tailored to your specific needs.


TEAM LIFE’s Bronze Service Contract – Along with on-going customer support, you will also have access to MyAEDs. MyAEDs is a web-based program that will assist you in maintaining up-to-date records including the location of your AEDs, the expiration dates of your pads and batteries as well as monthly email reminders to check your AED equipment.  For those of you who thrive on organization, MyAEDs will ensure on-going compliance of your AED program.

TEAM LIFE’s Silver Service Contract – This contract is essential for customers who rely on automatic reminders and automatic shipment of replacement parts when needed. Our Silver Contract provides all the benefits of the Bronze Contract but goes one step further with automatic shipment.  Within 30 days prior to expiration, TEAM LIFE will automatically ship your AED Pads and immediately following the warranty ending, TEAM LIFE will automatically ship your AED Battery, without any action needed by you.

Terms (paid annually)
Though the service contract is paid annually each contract has a required contract period. The Bronze Service Contract has an annual contract. Where as the Silver and Gold Service Contracts require a four year contract. If the Silver or Gold Service Contract is cancelled prior to the completion of the fourth year a cancellation fee will be charged. This fee depends on the contract cancellation date.

Medical Oversight
We provide your organization with medical oversight, including an AED prescription. We will also help ensure that your program is compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Finally, your AED program will be backed by the most comprehensive indemnification in the industry.
Pre-Delivery Set-Up
Your AED will arrive at your location Rescue Ready, battery inserted, pads installed and checked for functionality.
24 Hour Technical Support
When issues arise, you need expert help fast, our Technical Support Team is ready to troubleshoot issues and facilitate any needed solutions. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm you will receive immediate support. After 4:30 you will have the ability to leave a message and an AED Specialist will return your call.
Loaner Program
If for any reason your AED is not Rescue Ready (during the AEDs' Warranty Period) and our staff cannot diagnose the problem over the phone, a loaner AED will be sent to you so your unit can be sent out for repair.
Data Download Assistance
If your AED is used and you feel like you need support to download the incident our staff is available to talk you through the download.
On Going Support from TEAM LIFE Staff
You are not just getting your AED through Team Life, when you purchase your device, you are entering into a business partnership. The sale is only phase 1. We at Team Life are committed to helping you maintain a successful AED program. There is no "sale and bail", we are with you every step of the way, including assisting with all of your training needs as well.
AED/CPR Responder Kit (gloves, razor, scissors, gauze, CPR mask with one way valve)
Each AED comes with an AED/CPR Responder Kit. Included in this are all the supplies you will need during a rescue such as gloves, razor, scissors, gauze and a CPR mask with one way valve.
Annual Subscription to MyAEDs
MyAEDs is a Web-based user login interface program that you can set to meet your independent needs. You can have one organization login or have one main login with logins for each of your site coordinators. You can set up monthly emails to be sent to your staff to remind them to check their AEDs and you will be able to see if your staff have logged that the check has been completed. The system is programmed to notify you if pad expiration date is coming. The system will also notify you when your battery warranty period is ending. Each AED is listed so you can track what AEDs you have and where each AED is housed. Having information tracked in MyAEDs will allow Team Life to notify you if there is a critical update released for your AED, allowing us to advise you what the update is and what action is needed on your part.

Every two years of your service contract, 30 days prior to your pads expiring new pads will automatically be shipped to you with no action on your part.
Automatic Shipment of AED Battery (immediately following the warranty period ending)
In the fourth year of your service contract, immediately following the warranty period ending a new battery will automatically be shipped to you with no action on your part.
On-Site Service Visit - Annual
Once a year, a Team Life AED Specialist will visit your site and inspect your AED(s). They will verify that your AED(s) is compliant and in good working order. They will assist by recommending any AED related needs and answer any of your AED and training questions.

With Regard to the Silver and Gold Service Contracts, the above prices are valid when the Service Contract and AED are purchased at the same time. If the Service Contract is purchased for an existing AED additional fees may apply.
*If a Silver or Gold Service Contract is being acquired for an AED that you have already purchased, your AED will be assessed and depending on the findings, additional costs may apply to bring your AED up to date prior to the contract starting. For example: if the pads have less than 1 year before expiration date or if battery has less than 2 years before the warranty ending an additional fee will apply.
*Additional cost of $100 per AED / per year if you utilize iCPR Pads
If your AED has been purchased with iCPR Pads there will be an additional fee of $100 per AED.
